A Direct Commitment To Every BytePad Customer

I am the President & CEO of InterScripts, and this is one of the more important commitments we are making to our customers this year. When KLAS Research published the BytePad Emerging Company Spotlight in February 2026, every customer they interviewed said they would buy BytePad again, and every customer rated InterScripts A+ on likelihood to recommend. That is the standard we now hold ourselves to publicly. The Quarterly Business Review program is how we intend to keep that standard true as our customer base grows.

What The QBR Program Is

Every customer of BytePad — commercial health system, federal program, state agency, or specialty practice — will receive a formal Quarterly Business Review, hosted by an InterScripts executive sponsor, an Associate Vice President, and the engineering lead assigned to that account. The review is not an upsell motion. It is a structured operating cadence with three parts: a current-state review covering platform health and SLA performance, a forward-looking roadmap review where customers can challenge our priorities directly, and an open block for the customer to raise anything outstanding. Every meeting produces a written summary that is shared back to the customer within five business days.

Why We Are Doing This Publicly

I could have rolled out the QBR program internally. I have instead chosen to write about it on our website because public commitments are stronger than private ones. The KLAS report was unambiguous about what our customers value — predictability, responsiveness, and a roadmap they can trust. The QBR program is the mechanism that turns those three values into a process. Writing it down publicly means our customers can hold us to it, and prospective customers can read this post and know exactly what to expect from us six months after they sign.

How It Connects To The Public Roadmap

Two weeks ago we published the BytePad 2026–2027 public roadmap at /products/bytepad/roadmap/. The QBR program is what keeps that roadmap honest. Customer asks raised during a QBR feed directly into the four-theme prioritization, and the quarterly Innovation Update — the first of which we will publish in Q3 2026 — is where the public record of those decisions lives. The QBR is private; the roadmap and the Innovation Updates are public. Together they form a feedback loop where the customer signal goes in, the priorities come out, and both ends are visible.

What I Am Asking Our Team To Do

I am asking our executive sponsors and AVPs to treat the QBR not as an account-management ritual but as a substantive design review. Bring the engineering lead. Bring the data. Be willing to disagree with the customer when we have a reason to, and be willing to change the roadmap when the customer is right. That is the only version of the QBR program that will earn the trust the KLAS customers gave us.

What I Am Asking Our Customers To Do

Tell us when we are wrong. The KLAS interviewees did, and the result is two of the four themes in the public roadmap. We will be a better partner the more directly you speak in these meetings. If you are a BytePad customer and you have not yet been scheduled for your Q3 2026 QBR, please reach out to your assigned AVP or contact me directly — Raju Togi, raju.togi@interscripts.com.
